TADA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TADA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TADA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELA2B, MSGN1, and OR10W1. Each is linked with TADA1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TADA1-to-partner and partner-to-TADA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CELA2B grouped by TADA1-low versus TADA1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TADA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TADA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
