TACSTD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACSTD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,420 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACSTD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPL, ZNF185, and NECTIN4. Each is linked with TACSTD2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACSTD2-to-partner and partner-to-TACSTD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACSTD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACSTD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
