TACR3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACR3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,207 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACR3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF318_S91, CAMK2D_T337, and CAMSAP3. Each is linked with TACR3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACR3-to-partner and partner-to-TACR3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TACR3 versus ZNF318_S91 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACR3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACR3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
