TACR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,137 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFIB, TMOD2, and PRELP. Each is linked with TACR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACR1-to-partner and partner-to-TACR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TACR1 versus NFIB in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
