Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACR1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,438 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TACR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSEN34, MIR26B, and SNORA79B. Each is linked with TACR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACR1-to-partner and partner-to-TACR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TACR1 versus TSEN34 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.80.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
