TACR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,758 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPATCH11, CENPH, and BUB3. Each is linked with TACR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACR1-to-partner and partner-to-TACR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPATCH11 grouped by TACR1-low versus TACR1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
