Across TCGA cell cohorts, TACR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,203 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sperm ejaculation, Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, and Negative regulation of toll-like receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with TACR1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACR1-to-partner and partner-to-TACR1 results are reported.
