TACO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,232 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COIL, DDX5, and FTSJ3. Each is linked with TACO1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACO1-to-partner and partner-to-TACO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TACO1 versus COIL in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
