Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,660 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDIAS, PARPBP, and FAM72B. Each is linked with TACC3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC3-to-partner and partner-to-TACC3 results are reported.
