TACC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 31,011 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN2_S304, NCAPG_S674, and RRM2. Each is linked with TACC3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC3-to-partner and partner-to-TACC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TACC3 versus PTPN2_S304 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
