TACC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACC3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Notch1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with TACC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC3-to-partner and partner-to-TACC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by TACC3-low versus TACC3-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
