Across TCGA cell cohorts, TACC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,562 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACC3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear chromosome segregation, Sister chromatid segregation, and Mitotic sister chromatid segregation. Each is linked with TACC3 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC3-to-partner and partner-to-TACC3 results are reported.
