Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, TACC2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated TACC2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 8 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), where higher TACC2 mass-spec protein is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated TACC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and COAD show a favorable association.

PDAC, COAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where TACC2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
