Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,359 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TACC2_S2226, TACC2_S473, and TACC2_S317. Each is linked with TACC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC2-to-partner and partner-to-TACC2 results are reported.
