TACC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,678 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NSMCE4A, PANK1, and ARHGEF37. Each is linked with TACC2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC2-to-partner and partner-to-TACC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TACC2 versus NSMCE4A in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
