TACC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 83 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRDX1, ATM, and GAPDH. Each is linked with TACC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC2-to-partner and partner-to-TACC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRDX1 grouped by TACC2-low versus TACC2-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
