Across TCGA cell cohorts, TACC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,556 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of plasma cell differentiation, Negative regulation of CD8-positive, alpha-beta T cell differentiation, and Negative regulation of fatty acid transport. Each is linked with TACC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC2-to-partner and partner-to-TACC2 results are reported.
