TACC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,331 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HAAO, PLEKHA2, and ILK. Each is linked with TACC1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC1-to-partner and partner-to-TACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TACC1 versus HAAO in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
