TACC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TACC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,374 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYMSP2, RNA5SP413, and MIR6790. Each is linked with TACC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC1-to-partner and partner-to-TACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TYMSP2 grouped by TACC1-low versus TACC1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
