TACC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TACC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TACC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EFCAB3, TAS2R39, and OR2AK2. Each is linked with TACC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TACC1-to-partner and partner-to-TACC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EFCAB3 grouped by TACC1-low versus TACC1-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TACC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TACC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
