TAC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP534, MIR6864, and RNVU1-28. Each is linked with TAC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAC4-to-partner and partner-to-TAC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP534 grouped by TAC4-low versus TAC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
