Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,683 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAC4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Pre-mRNA catabolic process, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with TAC4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAC4-to-partner and partner-to-TAC4 results are reported.
