TAC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,400 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYO1A, SAPCD1, and PRRT1. Each is linked with TAC3 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAC3-to-partner and partner-to-TAC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAC3 versus MYO1A in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
