TAC3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAC3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,541 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAC3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMPD3, SMPD3_S209, and ADNP_S98. Each is linked with TAC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAC3-to-partner and partner-to-TAC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAC3 versus SMPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
