TAC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,273 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM190, HMGCS1, and MTMR6. Each is linked with TAC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAC3-to-partner and partner-to-TAC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAC3 versus TMEM190 in CNS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
