Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAB2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,694 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAB2-AS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Myeloid leukocyte activation, Positive regulation of interleukin-6 production, and Phagocytosis. Each is linked with TAB2-AS1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAB2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-TAB2-AS1 results are reported.
