TAAR8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAAR8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Heregulin, and INPP4B. Each is linked with TAAR8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR8-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by TAAR8-low versus TAAR8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAAR8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAAR8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
