Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAAR8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 206 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR8-associated genes across cancer lineages are OVCH1, MT-ND6, and PLCL1. Each is linked with TAAR8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR8-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR8 results are reported.
