TAAR6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAAR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,221 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DGUOK, SIDT1, and TXNL4B. Each is linked with TAAR6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR6-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DGUOK grouped by TAAR6-low versus TAAR6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAAR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAAR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
