TAAR5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAAR5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR7G1 and TEX13A. Each is linked with TAAR5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR5-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR7G1 grouped by TAAR5-low versus TAAR5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAAR5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAAR5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
