Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAAR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,369 significant associations in total. ESCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VNN1, SLC18B1, and PLCL2. Each is linked with TAAR1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR1-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TAAR1 versus VNN1 in ESCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
