Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAAR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,527 significant associations in total. PRAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Tissue homeostasis, Epithelial cell development, and Leukocyte adhesion to vascular endothelial cell. Each is linked with TAAR1 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR1-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR1 results are reported.
