TAAR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TAAR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 637 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH12P2, GAPDHP30, and ZSWIM5P1. Each is linked with TAAR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR1-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH12P2 grouped by TAAR1-low versus TAAR1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TAAR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TAAR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
