Across TCGA cell cohorts, TAAR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 544 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TAAR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of extracellular matrix disassembly, B cell apoptotic process, and Positive regulation of ruffle assembly. Each is linked with TAAR1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TAAR1-to-partner and partner-to-TAAR1 results are reported.
