SZRD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SZRD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 415 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SZRD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3152, MRPS5P4, and MIR4673. Each is linked with SZRD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SZRD1-to-partner and partner-to-SZRD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3152 grouped by SZRD1-low versus SZRD1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SZRD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SZRD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
