SYVN1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYVN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,270 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYVN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCS1, LRRC42, and WDR55. Each is linked with SYVN1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYVN1-to-partner and partner-to-SYVN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYVN1 versus NCS1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYVN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYVN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
