Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYTL4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,716 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYTL4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MLPH, SETD7, and SLC2A10. Each is linked with SYTL4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL4-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYTL4 versus MLPH in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYTL4→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYTL4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
