Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYTL4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,113 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYTL4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Organelle disassembly, Striated muscle contraction, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with SYTL4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYTL4-to-partner and partner-to-SYTL4 results are reported.
