SYT9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,917 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PURA, EEF1G, and MAP1B. Each is linked with SYT9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT9-to-partner and partner-to-SYT9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT9 versus PURA in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
