SYT9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYT9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT9-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN16, CRYZL1, and OR51G2. Each is linked with SYT9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT9-to-partner and partner-to-SYT9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN16 grouped by SYT9-low versus SYT9-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
