SYT8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,596 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LAMB3, PPL, and ANXA2. Each is linked with SYT8 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT8-to-partner and partner-to-SYT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT8 versus LAMB3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
