SYT8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 401 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P29, RPL35AP37, and RNU6-1318P. Each is linked with SYT8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT8-to-partner and partner-to-SYT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTATP6P29 grouped by SYT8-low versus SYT8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
