SYT8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYT8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT8-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALG13, SLC35F2, and MCHR1. Each is linked with SYT8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT8-to-partner and partner-to-SYT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ALG13 grouped by SYT8-low versus SYT8-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
