SYT7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,870 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP2, TRIM21, and PSMB10. Each is linked with SYT7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT7-to-partner and partner-to-SYT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT7 versus GBP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
