SYT7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,114 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF12, LINC01133, and PIGT. Each is linked with SYT7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT7-to-partner and partner-to-SYT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT7 versus KIF12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
