Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,129 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SYT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4491, GLUD1P4, and GAPDHP35. Each is linked with SYT7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT7-to-partner and partner-to-SYT7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4491 grouped by SYT7-low versus SYT7-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
