SYT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, eIF4E, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with SYT7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT7-to-partner and partner-to-SYT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by SYT7-low versus SYT7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
