The most reproducible SYT7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment or maintenance of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, Positive regulation of regulated secretory pathway, and Regulation of protein localization to nucleus. Each is linked with SYT7 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT7-to-partner and partner-to-SYT7 results are reported.
