SYT7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SYT7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT7-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP10-5, ECE2, and COX6A2. Each is linked with SYT7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT7-to-partner and partner-to-SYT7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP10-5 grouped by SYT7-low versus SYT7-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
