SYT6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SYT6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,200 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SYT6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SERPINA5, TNS2_S120, and LMCD1. Each is linked with SYT6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SYT6-to-partner and partner-to-SYT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SYT6 versus SERPINA5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SYT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→SYT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
